Food Microbiology

The Microbiology laboratory offers a range of tests for the food industry combined with our award-winning advice and research services available to all our clients. Our fast turnaround times and bespoke testing packages can be tailored to individual client needs. Microbiological food safety and hygiene tests available include total viable counts (TVC’s), shelf-life testing, detection of food pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Listeria monocytogenes, and enumeration of E. coli in both raw and cooked food matrices and environmental samples.
